Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing team player to join the company as a sales representative. In this role, the successful candidate will educate potential customers about the company and its products.

This role will focus exclusively on new sales through outbound lead generation and will periodically be assigned inbound leads and contacts. You will be focused on a particular country market.

The Sales Representative will oversee sales activities, contribute to and follow sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. They will also identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
